EPOXY-COATED SOLID ELECTROLYTIC TANTALUM

STD SERIES

STD type is a Radial lead type, anode sintered, epoxy coated solid electrolytic tantalum capacitor, protected by moisture-resistant, flame-retardant epoxy encapsulation.
The capactiors comply with the specifications IEC 384-15-3, IECQQC300201/US0003 and SJ/T10856-96, suitable for a broad range of consuming, commercial and industrial equipments such as television sets, tape recorders, computers, program-controlled telephones and switching systems, instruments and meters.

2. Rated voltage: 3, 4, 6.3, 10, 16, 20, 25, 35, 50VDC
3. Capacitance Range: 0.047uF~680uF
4. Toleracne: ±20%, ±10%, ±5%

6. DC current leakage: Io≦0.020 CRVR OR 1uA, ( whichever is greater ) at 20℃
